You are eligible for a full refund if:

• The extension does not function as advertised or fails to meet your expectations.
• You encounter technical issues or bugs that our support team is unable to resolve.

If you meet these criteria, we will gladly issue a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Because our payments are processed securely through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, the refund process is fast and easy.

To request a refund, you can do the following:

3. What Happens After a Refund?

Once your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Additionally, once the refund is initiated:

• Your NAToolkits License Key will be immediately invalidated.
• The extension will automatically revert to the Free tier.
• You will lose access to all Pro features.
• Any local data you have saved (like folders or custom prompts) will remain safe on your device, but premium actions like unlimited folders or exporting will be locked.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We generally do not offer refunds outside of the 14-day window. However, if you experience a significant technical issue that we are completely unable to resolve, please reach out to our support team and we will review your case on an individual basis.
